01Document the collectible+
Submit item details, photos, ownership notes, receipts, certificates, grading references, serial numbers, and condition information.
02Submit evidence+
Evidence stays separate from public verification pages. Public records show summaries, while sensitive review material stays private.
03Review the record+
A reviewer checks the title draft, evidence count, category, record goal, and supporting notes before approval.
04Generate the title ID+
Approved drafts receive a permanent Deedcords ID such as DC-20260625-000001.
05Publish verification+
The public record page shows the title ID, item summary, SHA256 digest, ownership status, certificate link, and XRPL status.
06Maintain ownership history+
Owners can be assigned and transferred. Each event becomes part of the title timeline.
07Prepare XRPL attestation+
Deedcords can prepare an unsigned XRPL memo transaction for offline signing without storing wallet secrets.
